What's life in Ireland like right now? It's pretty bleak. While we watch residents in other countries get back to normal life, we're in a 16-week (so far) lockdown with no actual timeline for an end. The pandemic fatigue is real. All this waiting gives me plenty of time to get excited about (and then temper my expectations around) our trip back to America over the summer! ✈️ Link in bio! ☝️

Have you ever tried making focaccia? It's a great way for me to use up those bits of produce I accumulate during the week. I love making this recipe for lunch on a lazy Sunday, like today. And Nora loves it too!
